The largest construction expo in Kenya is is currently ongoing at the Kenyatta International Conference Center. This year’s edition has attracted thousands of people who patronized exhibitors drawn from over 40 countries.
The expo dubbed Buildexpo Africa kicked off May 3 and runs through to May 5 at the Kenyatta International Convention Center with top industry professionals such as builders, developers, architects, consultants, engineers, manufacturers, importers and distributors showcasing their latest products.
The expo which is in its 21st edition comes at a time the government is focusing on the Big Four Agenda that includes affordable housing and Manufacturing.
Countries dominant this year include Germany, China, India and Italy with several leading international brands looking to build a solid foundation in the East African market.
Some of the brands exhibiting include MetallurgicaAbruzzese S.P.A. (Italy), Bauer MaschinenGmbh, MbkMaschinenbauGmbh(Germany), MasaGmbh (Germany) Everest Industries Limited (India), Jet Granito Pvt. Ltd (India), Roser Co., Ltd (Korea), and Nordimpianti System Srl (Italy).
